This weblog is written from an unreliable first person narrative perspective. While every entry is subjective and prone to error, bias, lack of editorial oversight and undeveloped thought a few facts about the narrator may provide the necessary context: his full name is Arioborzine Farin and he was born in Isfahan, Iran. He has since lived in the Netherlands, the UK and he now resides in Leipzig, Germany, where he works as a freelance translator, English language trainer and proofreader and editor of English business texts. He is a Dutch national.

Together with his partner S. he has one adorable daughter, L., who is four years old. Politically slightly left of centre he is also an atheist with a layman’s interest in poetry, cinema, science and philosophy.
