I don’t think it has anything to do with where you were born, but rather what influenced you most as a child – that explains probably why you feel a bit of a ‘wanderer’… It’s your parents that fuck you up, isn’t that what Larkin said so fluently?

I went to that Peppa Pig site, and now I’m curious: why is she friends with Suzy Sheep? I’m not clear on how that works at all.

That is curious, how knowledge and satisfaction are at odds with each other to a degree. I probably have to blog on this soon – it is the case that to attempt gaining wisdom one actually has to know or assume something, and that requires an arrogance/confidence which demands entitlement.
