That being three posts in one day on three different subjects I think I might be back into the habit of blogging again. Either that or see you next month.

I seem to have accidentally deleted my blogroll. Give me some time to sort it. If some are you are wondering which of my assortment of blogs will persist in the future, then this will be the one. Scout’s honour. No more Wanderlust. Really.

Addendum: actually, in this day and age of rss-feeds, is there still a point in having a blogroll? Or do people get upset if a link is not reciprocated?

Starting from scratch

The past is a foreign country. At some point you need to wipe the slate clean and start anew. I enjoy blogging and I notice when I don’t blog as much I begin to miss practicing my English and sorting out my thoughts. So I am back with no real plan other than to do justice to the title of this blog and pick up the myriad of threads that interest me from politics to poetry. There is much to keep track of, not least the protests in Iran. Then there will be a general election in September in Germany and I am thinking of actually applying for German citizenship. To some extent I will use this blog to record my thoughts on any of these things or to link to interesting articles. Other than that, I have no real plans for it, I’ll just see how it goes. It’s an altering labyrinth after all.
